Well, the problems with the second phase have been removed. That being said, they were fixed by the second phase being removed... so there is no second phase.
However, by the time you're reading this, I probably am working on adding it. So it's probably here. Just broken.
(Update: This looks really bad. Any ideas on how to make it look better? I am very much open to suggestions...)
